2. Use Gibbed to mod the following hair mesh and textures following this guide: here

HERE 

 This is Ele's Ashley hair mod, she just added the sideburn and filled in the gap above the ear. 

 Requires ME3Explorer and Gibbed.

Installation Instructions

In ME3Explorer:

Navigate to ME3's CookedPCConsole folder
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\CookedPCConsole by default
Replace existing PCC file with the new one (remember to make a backup first)
Run ME3Explorer then run TOCBinUpdater

In Gibbed:

Replace Hair Mesh with BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROJessica.HMF_HIR_PROJessica_MDL
Replace Hair Diff and Hair Mask with BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROAshley.HMF_HIR_PROAshley_Diff
Or BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Global.HAIR_Long_Diff
