All of these replace the third preset so only use one at a time.
 

You need Texmod 

ME3 Default Jane freckles, dialed down. Normal lipcolor with slightly darker edges (lip-pencil), custom smokey eyeshadow. Replaces third complexion. Custom texture created for my Shepard, Laire, originally.
